Getting started
Create an account to start sharing skills. Your personal workspace is created automatically, with you as its admin.
Sign up with Google or with an email and password. For email sign-up, follow the confirmation link we send.
Use the sidebar's workspace picker to switch between workspaces. You work in one workspace at a time.
Core sharing is ready at signup
Store, scan, review and share skills immediately. Tracing is optional. To draft skills from sessions, ask Slancha to enable premium access.
Optional tracing
Open Tracing to check the connection and session activity. A workspace admin can request Slancha-managed tracing, or connect an existing tracing project with separate jobs and ingest key pairs. Managed requests appear in the operator Admin tab and remain pending until Slancha connects the workspace. Once connected, follow the terminal setup to opt into capture on each computer. A healthy connection with no sessions means the project is reachable but no traces have arrived in the selected period. Connection checks are cached for up to one minute. Tracing does not enable premium mining.
Add teammates
Admins: open People, enter a teammate's email and choose a role. Existing accounts join immediately; new users join when they sign in with that email.
Share the console link yourself. Slancha does not email invitations.
On Workspace settings, an admin can rename the workspace, change roles, remove members or revoke pending invitations. Removing a member revokes their personal tokens for that workspace. A workspace must retain at least one signed-in admin.
Roles
Each member has one role. Higher roles include the permissions below them.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Read skills, pending changes, history and jobs. Create a personal token for the Slancha plugin. |
| Proposer | Everything a viewer can, plus upload a skill, scan a version again, cancel a running job, and approve an agent token for slancha auth --manage, which acts as its owner but never above proposer. |
| Approver | Everything a proposer can, plus approve, reject, and roll back. |
| Admin | Everything an approver can, plus write or improve a skill from sessions, set a skill's acceptance criteria, let agent tokens start drafts and outcome jobs, set the workspace's model key, approve a CLI request for tracing keys, and reveal the workspace's tracing keys. |
Approvers can approve their own uploads. Assign this role only to people you trust to make that decision.
