Slancha products
Slancha has three product areas. Their availability differs.
| Product | What it does | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| Create Skills | Upload or draft a skill, review the scan and diff, approve a version, install it by name. | Available now for Claude Code. |
| Make Decisions | Train a classifier from labeled examples. | Pilot by request. Needs an approved service key and a pricing agreement. |
| Optimize Agents | Find repeated work in a trace and test one change. | Local prototype. Demos by arrangement. No hosted optimizer. |
The free audit is separate. It reads one trace with fixed rules and emails a report. See Free audit.
Where to start
- To use skills: Install with AI, then the console docs.
- To train a decision model: Decisions pilot guide.
- To look at a trace first: Free audit.
- To discuss optimization: Optimize.
What is not available
- No self-serve signup or billing for Decisions.
- No download of trained model files. A labeled dataset can be exported as JSONL.
- No public optimizer API or install command.
- No hosted skill ranking or tuning in the console. This is about ranking and tuning skills. It does not describe Decisions classifiers, probabilities or held-out metrics, which are a different feature.
- Tracing is off unless a workspace separately turns it on.
Decision models
Custom decision models are a pilot, available by request. The gateway is at https://decide.slancha.ai. Public service discovery lists text, image, audio, trace and tabular services. Listing a service does not grant access. Access needs an approved service key and agreed costs. Request access at https://slancha.ai/contact. Model downloads are unavailable.
If an AI assistant helps with setup, it must not request, read or paste keys, and must get your approval before uploading data or training. Enter your service key yourself in the workspace. The setup recipe is at https://decide.slancha.ai/static/decision-public-setup-v1.txt.
The console has no hosted skill ranking or tuning.
